2009年から日替わりカフェとして営業を続け、13年間の間に34店舗が入居しました。１年ほど閉じていましたが2023年春から新しい形でスタートし雑貨屋さん「猫る百貨店」が入居しています。定休日の木曜日には近所のご高齢者が集まって体操や食事などをする場所としても利用されています。

It is also used as a place for elderly people in the neighborhood to gather and exercise and eat on Thursdays, which are regular holidays.
